Oxford Cold Storage’s main storage facility is located on a twenty-four hectare (sixty acre) site, on the corner of Hume Road and Doherty’s Road, Laverton North. The company has a second site, which is located at the corner of Pipe Road and Merino Street, Laverton North.

Both sites are extremely well situated, as they are near the intersection of the Western Ring Road, and the Westgate / Geelong Freeway. This allows quick access to all the major interstate highways. Both sites are within 2km of three of the major Grocery DC’s in Melbourne (Safeway, Metcash (IGA) and Aldi DC’s). They are also within fifteen minutes of the CBD and the major Melbourne wharves & container terminals (which are Australia's busiest), thirty minutes from the Port of Geelong and fifteen minutes from Tullamarine and Avalon Airports.
